PKF Bahamas was founded by Basil L. Sands in 1969. It was initially called Turner, Sands & Co. Due to growth in the firm and the addition of new partners the name was later changed to Sands, Wallace & Co.

In 1970 Sands, Wallace & Co. joined the International Firm of Pannell Kerr Forster as a full member. Since that time the Firm has provided services to a number of government and private organizations.

At present, PKF Bahamas has offices in both Nassau and Freeport, and a staff of accounting professionals that are ready and willing to fulfill your accounting needs.
